Install the connector plugin
Download the connector from the Plugins page, install and activate it in your ecommerce platform, then open IPK Logistics from your store admin or go directly to the hub.
Follow this platform-neutral setup flow to connect your store through a plugin, import locations, run your first picking round, and sync fulfillment results.
01
Download the connector from the Plugins page, install and activate it in your ecommerce platform, then open IPK Logistics from your store admin or go directly to the hub.
02
Create an account, choose a plan, and start the free trial. You can switch plans later as your order volume changes.
03
Use the default bin location field or map IPK Logistics to an existing warehouse location field if your store already has one.
04
Upload a CSV with barcode or SKU plus location, then import it to populate shelf locations for picking and put away.
05
Choose Barcode or SKU scanning, then select cart mode or box mode based on how your warehouse moves containers.
01
Go to Picking, choose which order statuses to include, set the maximum number of orders, and create the round.
02
Use cart mode for carts with multiple box positions, or box mode when each physical box has its own barcode.
03
Each item shows its shelf location. Scan products or adjust quantities manually, and report stock, damage, or missing item issues when needed.
04
After completion, review totals, picked quantities, reported issues, and per-order breakdowns before fulfillment.
01
Open Fulfillment and scan a container. Cart mode shows all orders in the cart; box mode jumps directly to one order.
02
Scan or count every product before shipping. A progress indicator tracks what has been verified.
03
Type or scan a tracking number, confirm the carrier when detected, and complete fulfillment with or without tracking.
04
Skip or release containers when something needs manual review, then return to the order later once the issue is resolved.

Current and future ecommerce platforms connect through a dedicated plugin or connector. The warehouse workflow stays the same: read products and orders, guide operators, then sync stock and fulfillment updates back.
