Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Subscription page inside the app. Plan changes are prorated automatically.
What happens when my trial ends?
Access pauses until you choose a paid plan. No payment card is required to start the trial, so there is no automatic charge at the end.
What counts as an order for usage billing?
An order is counted once it is processed through the app, whether through picking, fulfillment, or both. Each unique order is counted once per billing period.
Does pricing depend on the ecommerce platform?
No. Pricing is based on plan and order volume, not on the platform connected to IPK Logistics.
