Introduction
IPK Logistics is a SaaS application provided by IPK Labs that helps ecommerce merchants manage warehouse operations, including bin locations, purchase orders, receiving, picking rounds, packing, and fulfillment synchronization.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what happens when you cancel your subscription.
Data We Collect
Account and organization data: name, email address, organization name, role, subscription status, and billing identifiers needed to provide access to the service.
Store connection data: store domain, platform identifier, API credentials or tokens, and configuration required to connect IPK Logistics to your ecommerce system.
Operational data: shop configuration, bin locations, picking rounds, order references, fulfillment records, purchase orders, receiving records, supplier details, container assignments, and inventory workflow records created while using the app.
Product data: titles, SKUs, barcodes, images, and variation information may be read from your connected ecommerce platform to support warehouse workflows. Product data is used only to operate the service.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store customer payment information.
We do not use merchant data for advertising, resale, or unrelated analytics.
Where possible, order data is limited to operational references needed for picking, packing, fulfillment, and synchronization. We do not request customer data that is not needed to provide the service.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to authenticate users, manage subscriptions, connect ecommerce stores, run warehouse workflows, process purchase orders and receiving, track containers, update stock and bin locations, and synchronize fulfillment status back to connected systems.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Operational data such as picking rounds, fulfillments, purchase orders, receiving records, and containers is retained for 6 months from creation unless a shorter period is required after cancellation.
Store configuration is retained while your subscription remains active. After cancellation, authentication sessions and credentials are removed, while subscription and billing records may be retained for accounting and audit requirements.
What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel your IPK Logistics subscription, active sessions and store credentials are removed. Operational data associated with your account is deleted within 48 hours, except for records we must keep for billing, security, legal, or accounting compliance.
Data stored directly in your ecommerce platform remains under your control and is not deleted by IPK Logistics unless the integration explicitly performs that action at your request.
Security
Data is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Credentials and secrets are stored securely and access is limited to the systems required to operate the service.
Webhook and API requests are verified where supported by the connected platform or billing provider.
GDPR and Data Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of operational data associated with your organization. If we do not store the requested customer personal data, there may be no customer record for us to return or delete.
